The Coyote Mobility App offers two models for users. The "Share" model provides access to a fleet of micro-mobility electric vehicles, including e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. The "Ride" model features minivans and minibuses for our private taxi service. With just one app, users can easily choose their preferred mode of transportation.

To start a ride, find a Coyote vehicle on the map, unlock it by tapping the "Ride" button, and then either scan the QR code or enter the number below the QR code. You can turn on the flashlight of your phone while scanning in case it's dark out.
Ride to one of our parking stations, highlighted in green with the "P" for the Parking Zone. Use the kickstand to park the vehicle in an organised way within the parameters (boundaries marked on the floor) of the parking area in the parking zone.
Then, replace your helmet and lock it in the locking mechanism. Select "end ride" in the app and take a photo of your good parking.

Yes, riders must meet the minimum age requirement and may need a valid driver’s license, depending on the vehicle type and local regulations.
You do not need a driver’s license to ride a Coyote e-bike or e-scooter. However, you need a valid driver's license to ride our e-mopeds.
Fare calculation typically includes a base fee, per-minute usage charges, and any applicable surcharges. Details are provided within the app before you confirm a ride.
Once you unlock a vehicle through our mobile app, your ride begins. You will be charged based on a combination of a base fee and a per-minute rate. The ride ends when you park and lock the vehicle as per app instructions.
No, parking is only allowed in our Coyote parking zones.

Yes, you can press the "Add another" button after starting a ride to add more vehicles. A Coyote can add a maximum of 5 e-bikes or e-scooters but only one e-moped.
Only one rider per Coyote vehicle (no passengers allowed).
