www.coyotemobility.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by COYOTE EIVISSA S.L. (“Coyote”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 
These Terms apply exclusively to the use of the Website as an online information and communication channel. 
They do not by themselves regulate: 
  • the use of any future mobility service operated through an app or digital platform;
  • the rental or use of vehicles;
  • resident passes, subscriptions or service tariffs;
  • or any specific service relationship that may later be governed by separate contractual terms.
Where any Coyote mobility service becomes available, that service may be subject to separate terms and conditions, eligibility rules, pricing conditions, municipal authorisations and regulatory requirements.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. 
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.

  • corporate information about Coyote Mobility;
  • general information about mobility-related initiatives, products or services;
  • contact channels;
  • and, where applicable, updates relating to future or existing digital mobility services.
    Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing on the Website constitutes: 
    • a binding commercial offer;
    • confirmation that a particular mobility service is currently active in a specific area;
    • or a guarantee of availability of any service, route, feature, product or tariff.
      Certain services described on the Website may be subject to separate launch conditions, service scope, technical limitations, municipal authorisations or legal requirements.
